PR5 just in 3 months from PR0??? - I dont think its possible!!! - you may try getting many paid links from PR6 related content sites - sometimes it may work out in 3 months if your are lucky
one other thing if you can post you sites links in good pr forums , that will also work , as well as do directory submission with you site links ,
It is possible, but you more than likely have to spend a decent amount of money paying for backlinks on a lot of high PR sites though. You should be more concerned with getting more traffic than PR though unless your goal to sell backlinks on the site.
I don't think that until and unless you pay some good funds to multiple services and buying links (strictly opp. to Google) you can get a PR5 from scratch. Why you are in a hurry? Make it slow and steady than getting soon and dropping soon. !P
I think it's possible if you are hardworking for your link building and have a quality and good link bait content then it's possible.. i suggest that you will use %35 no follow and %65 do-follow in link building to have a good PR.. My friend got a PR 5 in 3 months..

It's not impossible but very improbable. Well if you could obtain backlinks from Web pages with PR 5 - 10 and the only link it has is your own, then you can be successful in acquiring it.
its hard to do , but still you have to work hard take some relevant keywords for your site,do the off page optimization and analysis also.
first you improve your traffic, ranking and content. bcz you have good ranking so you can get good traffic in you can get good traffic so improve you popularity in google and daily your website pages are refresh so not only home page but inner page also get good PR
