    I do a lot of forum posting but my site got a pr0 after the update. I was at it for a little over 2 months. Maybe I just wasn't trying hard enough

    Now 90% of the blogs are no-follow. Forums is a better option, but links from the same domain will not help more. Also we can try article submissions.
