How to get physical cash from PayPal Balance NON US

    I am a non US PayPal Member so I cannot withdraw funds or add a bank account.

    What alternatives are there to withdrawing my PayPal balance in order to obtain cash?

    I heard of xoom but my country is not supported (Cayman Islands)

    Any other reliable services available?

    Send funds to some of ur friends paypal.
    Ask them to wire you or send western union.

    Last i checked those features are only reserved for US Citizen or Residents (or at least someone with a US Bank Account)

    I don't think so.If paypal support your Country.Then you can withdraw funds & add a bank account

    Nope you cant. You can add a credit/debit card. But you cannot add a non US bank account and you cant transfer funds to your credit/debit card if you dont link a bank account.

    So leave paypal because if you do money trading many times and paypal got it . they will freeze you asap . Money trading is not allowed in paypal .
