I think they are all the same. Forum posting, forum commenting, link exchange with authority sites, article submissions and blog posting and commenting.
When you write an article or post in a forum, your back links to another article or business or forum are permanent. They are their forever unless you have a site that doesn't work that way. I have never found one, but that doesn't mean they don't exist. Always place your back link at the bottom leading back to another post that leads back to your main business. I hope this will help. Well, I think you need to have level 2 yahoo answer account so your link will be clickable and count as backlink to your site
