How to Get People To Join A Blog Community?

    I would like to have people join to post, what are some things that I can do to make this more attractive so people will post?

    Incentives. Contests, prizes, money... If your blog is not very popular, people won't post for free, unless you manage to find someone really excited about it.

    many bloggers would be interested writing for your blog if your blog is popular and you're offering them a linkback, in other case attract them with some incentives like r3born has mentioned.
