How to get people subscribe to your newsltetter

First of all I want to say Merry Christmass to you all!

now back to the tread, I made a similar post a few weeks back in how to get peopel sign to your newsletter and you guys advice me to create a free ebook.

I have create a free ebook 2 days ago and still the ratio of subscribers are low. What should I do next?

any advice/tips would be highly apreciated

Also 3 or 4 bullet points showing the benefits.

Hello, I would put a timed delay on your popup. I find that it lets a reader have a look around your website instead of on page load being bombarded with popup forcing an email address. Just my opinion, I have mine set at 8 seconds.

People subscribe when they find something interesting and profitable.So we have to provide users what they want and enable to subscribe for mailing list.
There are lots of scripts available over market for web site visitors to subscribe.

I am using phplist script for the subscription mailing list.

what I was asking is for the dhtml java/ajax script to set a time delay for the floating window/pop up window.

Another more important factor is, to publish regularly and as well as to publish niche contents.

 

I have to agree with him, because it just popped right away, if you have it timed you might see more performance in sign ups. I know Shoemoney box pops up after a few second while surfing on the website
