Ok.. Now that paypal is all messed up, which of these methods should we use to get paid ? - 1. Sending an invoice to clients via paypal - Through Service tab 2. Sending an invoice to clients via paypal - Through Goods tab 3. Asking clients to pay using service tab 4. Asking clients to pay using goods tab + adding shipping details 5. Not asking clients for payments till this is resolved (Which is BAD for business and good for promoting scams) 6. Asking them to pay via other gateways (Which is not possible at not even 1% users would accept this option due to Paypal's monopoly in the market..Even I dont use any other gateway so far) 7. Lets not even think about doing business now since we r not even sure when we would get the money we have withdrawn already !? Phew.. Pls advice, Jo
True. But if you are not selling goods..Y should we select goods options? Y payapl behaving like a drunk man..!! Dont they know people also provide service and charge for that, they dont only sell goods. :X
Unfortunately option 4. is the only choice at this time... Whether the payment is for goods or services or any thing else, they just want their COMMISSION in every single transaction. They have became money suckers...
Well whatever your account tab go with Asking clients to pay using goods tab + adding shipping details option as it's best way to get payment! Also we can ask under Service option too as they are making system which doesn't allow money transfer if it noticed as Gift or other option, buyer have to mention subject over their.
Any idea why transactions made via sending money request/invoice via paypal are getting reversed too ? their customer care replies are just confusing me even more
What about affiliate program payments? I receive about 800$ every month from Depositfiles, clicksor etc. What about their payments?
but today my payment from depositfiles is reversed.......even PP took 14$ as fee for 300$ transaction.
Yes, Someone created thread for same thing. His 7800$ payment which he earned by affiliate.. Lol..Paypal getting crazy. My almost 4000$ are in the Air..Neither in My Bank nor in My PP Why dont some1 sit on Hunger Strike
Oh no! you guys are now scaring me. Paypal is the only hope i have on my business! damn i quit my job just this month for my online business and all payments through Paypal only :-( Well, can't we kick it right?? Tell me options and worst case scenario guys!
Can someone confirm if this happened in the past? i mean, i had heard many times that paypal always performed some stunt every few months, but has this kind of thing ever happened?
don't panic . If you can't live without them , even they can't live without Indian PayPal account holders. A huge lot of money is from Indians.. yet paypal throws some kind of stunt but by and large this should not be the end of it all. you will get your money and continue your business don't worry right nw - maybe wait till PP throws some other stunt
guys this is really not going anywhere. I have heard no matter what option you use for receiving payments - EVEN goods option is not working they are reversing THAT also.. what do they want from us ?

yes many DP members have reported that. However, one of my clients repaid me using the goods option (for the services I rendered !) 3 days ago and transaction still remains unreversed.
