How to get out of a Google Filter?

I have a domain which seems to have a Google filter on it. It's a PR 5 site with most of the internal pages at PR4.

Most of the keywords I target show up last (or close to it) in the SERPS. I usually set my Google preferences to show 100 results per page. The keywords I target show up at the very end of the last page.

    Examples:

    http://www.google.com/search?q=carl...&rls=GGLG,GGLG:2006-08,GGLG:en&start=200&sa=N

    http://www.google.com/search?q=carl...&rls=GGLG,GGLG:2006-08,GGLG:en&start=200&sa=N

    http://www.google.com/search?q=it's...&rls=GGLG,GGLG:2006-08,GGLG:en&start=500&sa=N

I do pretty well in Yahoo and MSN, but obviously Google is the place to be. Things went bad back in ~August. I had a whole bunch of Coop weight pointed at a few keywords I was targeting and the whole domain took a dive.

I removed the Coop ads and submitted a re-inclusion request back in October but have seen no changes.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do to find out what else may be wrong with the site?

    How old is the site?

Why should your site rank before all the others?
