frankcow is right, not really an exchange But the best way to get one way links is to ask webmasters of sites you want to be linked from.
Look for posts on this site for free directories. That will keep you busy for awhile. Post to the free directories and they give you one way links. You can also google sites and find links but most will want your site to have a good rank before they trade links. Most sites want link trade not one way. So directories are first step and best way to start.
If you do request a one-way link, you should have something extremely valuable to offer. Otherwise, you are better off offering to purchase a link from them.
it wasn't a link exchange if you want one-way...anyway you can have one-way links through directories, create articles and submit them to article directories, forums, blog, link baiting, and try three way linking that will look as a one way link...
Link Exchanges, Directory submission (Web, articles, blog, etc.), Free classifieds, link-baiting, press releases, etc. There are 100+ link building techniques, but these are the basic ones.
You said it before me... I got some emails asking me to place their links on my site. They were polite, but they did it knowing I do business by selling links!
I think what the OP means is: My site is site A I link to site B Site C links to me It'd be a network like DP coop I think, if that's what you were looking for.
