How to get new site indexed faster

    Hello,

I have a 3 months old dating site. I transfer from an 18 months old dating site to this site.

Should I use htaccess 301 to redirect from the old site to this new site?
    or
Should I create a link from the old site so users can click on it to go to the new site?

    What method is better?

    Thanks,

    Have a nice day!

You should do a 301 redirect so that all the backlinks and link juice/trust will transfer over to the new site.

Your Question is How to get new site indexed faster and your description is about site redirection so how can understand people what you want exactly.

ok if you have 301 redirection problem so first you redirect you 3month old site on 18month old site also redirect all inner pages so its simple you can get easily traffic. other wise set programing to like any use click on 3month old site inner pages or home page visitor redirect on 18month old site

Best way is to do 301 redirection that helps to transfer all backlinks from old site to new site without splitting.

301 will help search engines and visitors to get redirected to the new website but link juice will not be possible.

Either you can contact the webmasters to change the URL or start building some more...

I reccomend you to redirect your site to your new site through 301 redirect. That's the way. By the way. Write good and high quality content for your new website and give it some high PR links.

Are you trying to use the 301 redirect to get your site indexed faster? Not sure what the question is exactly. Seems like the redirect question was already answered though.

Your first option is absolutely correct google consider 301 to permanent website redirecting old url to new url and don't use 302 option.

One more thing is indexing you to choose one way linking process.

One way of getting indexed quicker is to get a couple of links form high PR sites. If you have 2 links from sites with PR7 you can get indexed straight away. The lower the pagerank the more links you need. An other way is, can submit under do follow sites so that you can easily get the page rank. Create search engine sitemap in which the bots can crawl your website. Then and there updation of your site is very essential which makes your site to be frequently visited by the spider.
