decide your web or blog topic first, and then research the keywords,
em...if you want you can make your own keyword trends, i did like this for a year, and works great

Are you hosting the blog you want keywords for? If so be sure each of your blogs are linked together and/or that every root folder of your blog.php page or blog.index page has at least a sitemap.txt file with each blog url in it and be sure to update this file everytime you update your site and add a new blog page. Also go to google and be sure you insert your sitemap.txt file into your google account so that google will index the pages within the sitemap when they crawl. However, it seems google's crawl rate has significantly slowed down lately and a lot of my associates pr is suffering. As for keywords. Go to your competitions pages and view the page source from the browser drop down and look at their keywords page by page and also look at the content closest to the top of the page. Make sure your content is as hot or hotter than theirs in terms of text. Do not copy the content. Write your own and make the words in your content as keyword relevant as possible. Use keywords that you know surfers are searching for when looking for your content either by words or short phrases. I hope this helps!

    P.S.
There is an xml format of writing sitemaps but I didn't want to confuse you with that. It can be confusing for newbies. I hope the best for ya! Dave
