    I heard that Google updates PR on Jan 31, and your blog maybe go up to pr1.

    But it's not the major PR updates, so your blog losts it PR. You'd better wait for next PR update, maybe at end of March.

    Don't lose your sleep over PR. Just keep creating good content. And get a domain to brand your blog. You can still use blogspot if you are not ready to spend $25 a month. But get a domain. It is less than $10 per year.

    Did you lost back links for your blog?
    If not, than it may happen that you will have yr PR back in next update.
    If yes, than start doing link building for your blog, Google will always rewards your link building efforts in terms of PR.
