    I have made many projects and softwares and mostly all of them are open source. I've released them under the gnu ( general public licence ). Now I want to create my own public licence for open source projects completely verified by the respected authorites under my name. I'm ready to follow the procedures and also pay any required fee, but someone plss tell me the procedure to do this?
    Also even users can register their projrcts under my licence just like gnu but under my name?
    Just like mozilla introduced MPL ( mozilla public licence ). Plsss help!!
