I want to know how do i get my own affiliate network like cpaleads, cpaway, proleadsmedia, and all those other affiliate network site that gives you campaign/offers for other people to complete?
Affiliate networks are starting to get saturated to be quite fair, because of the accessibility that to the industry that HasOffers provides, it seems a new network is popping up every couple of days, a few thinking they can ball around throwing CPM ads all over the place. Here's a better idea than starting a CPA Network: 1. Get all the money you have. 2. Put it in a big or small pile, depending how much you have. 3. Light a match and set on fire. Why try to compete with companies the size of existing aff. Networks. You need big budget [6 figures]and people to make it success.
i use a affiliate software that has been setup on my server to make my own affiliate network. it is amazing, very easy to use and the tech support is brilliant from many years. you can find more about it on my personal website http://prowebsid.yolasite.com/affiliatesoft.php i have to agree be prepared for weeks if not months of customizing and tweaking your server. but the technology is out there now and fully matured, including running social media campaigns directly from your affiliate merchant panell.

Its all depends on your budget. There are certainly lots of cheaper affiliate network software one of them is insrev.com they have a start up plan that will cost you fraction of the setup cost to get started.
As Caprevenue says it depends on the budget. i use the Performa Scrpits for less that $300 a month and they work perfectly just a realy pain to set up and get started.
HasOffers is a good affiliate network software to get started. BTW, do you have enough startup capital? At least 5 figure us dollars imo.
