How to get my Domains back?

    Hello,

    I have successfully registered 4 domain names at 1and1.com and after a week they where canceled and overtaken by 1and1. I keep calling them over the phone each day to hear an explanation, but they simply drop the line and don't speak to me when they hear my problem. Obvious they are thieves.. I will keep fighting domains back, but not sure if successfully..

    Did you register the names before or after they were taken by 1and1..?

    That's definitely not right. If you are still listed in the registrant information there is no excuse.

    Another domcollect victim (maybe, as we haven't been provided with the domains, so don't know the full story). You might want to ask for advice over at acorndomains.co.uk as some people on there have had experience of dealing with them (including one person brought a court case and won).

    Actually my partner registered these Domain names, we are doing business with brandbucket..the Domain names are top quality brandable names that got accepted at brandbucket ..Thanks for the info
