How to get multiple email addresses, sent to one account ?

I am hoping someone can explain how to have multiple email addresses, each with different signatures etc (ie different businesses, or staff) all going to one simple account, like Outlook or something similar.
Then to be able to reply to any email, always with the right signature etc, and not have to manually sort or remember. Also in such a way that the person recieving the reply, doesnt know about this, and it looks like a normal email, lets say from 'support' 'sales manager' or whatever.

I am greatful for any help in this area.

I have mine set up in a similar way.

you have one main email address (e.g. )

I use cpanel to forward all emails from my sites (e.g. site1.com, site2.com, site3.com) to one email address.

so everything goes in one inbox.
(in addition to this you can set up filter rules and folders and direct emails into a particular folder)

Then my to and reply-to addresses are setup so that emails to a particular address use the relevant to and reply-to address (and thus appearing to come from the right place)

I dont use signatures in my emails, so I dont need to worry about that, I guess you could edit them each time, unless there is a feature in your email client to setup multiple signatures..
