Hi, I have started my new jobs website and its online for the past 1 month. I find it very hard to get people know about the website and use it free of cost. I did sign up for pay-per-click in google but its useless, for one full month I got only one 1 customer for which I paid too much. Also it does not show much impressions. I did lot of email advertisement but still results are not not good so far. Please tell me how to make my website popular and get more visitors?

if you have a budget to spend your traffic, i suggest you to use google adwords but if you dont have budget, i suggest you to social bookmark sites to get more traffic to your site
You need to ptimeze your adwords campaign. The more interesting and clickable your ads are the more traffic at lower cost you'll get. If people like your ads your average price will go down. You can also spend in advertising with some blogs and reginizable websites in your industry.
