I am having trouble on permalinks and when they are customize or chose by month/year/name to view says error. But by default like /?p=123 it's normal. Is it the htaccess that makes the problem and how can I resolved it? Please help.

Traffic is a combo of everything. Backlinks, content, and etc. More than anything, you got to focus and give it time. Once people start coming to the site, it will slowly start snow-balling. Just work hard.
