How to get more traffic to my site?

Hi...I'm a beginner in website building. i just need to know how can i increase traffic on my site. So that i may earn more leads.

 

Have you tried searching in this forum. I believe there are so many threads on this topic.

 

The best way is to get traffic by backlinks, use other peoples blog and post valuable content and include your link. Also posting once a day in a couple of facebook groups and what not will get people to click your link. But remember curiousity will be king. So try to make it where people are curious to click your link and yiu will get more visitors to your website.

 

Write lots of good unique content, and build good relevant backlinks. Those are really the two best ways of increasing traffic. If your site would do well in social media that would be a good place to promote as well. For example, funny image or quote related websites would probably do good on Facebook, automobile insurance websites probably would not..

 

If you just want traffic, sites like Facebook, Twitter, StumbleUpon can help you.. If you want to get a better ranking, go with SEO, start a blog, post UNIQUE content, build QUALITY and related backlinks, etc.

 

Ways that I recommend for getting more traffic to your websites are: posting on related blogs, posting on forums, and Social Media Networks. All of these ways have helped drive traffic to my websites, as well as Sales.

Before that, you must define who is your ideal prospect.
State the characteristics of this prospect (age, gender, conutry, city, education, marital status, employment, income, interests)
Then find what are they looking online by checking forums, blogs and communities online that are related to your niche.
Then create content that is related to your niche and it's optimized with specific keywords, after conducting a brief keyword research.
So blogging, forum marketing, blog commenting as well as social media can help you drive traffic to your website.
Also you should consider of providing value to your audience as well as it must be targeted.
Finally you can create videos and upload them on Youtube and other similar video sites.

Ensure you set the keywords according to your content.
Include the url or affiliate link in the description where your video is hosted and of course in your video as some viewers might share your video with others and its a good tip to stop anyone stealing your video and using it as theirs.
