how to get more traffic on stumble?

Hi I don't know how people get 1k+ hits from stumble. I got 67 reviews on my site plus 123 friends and I only get 100+ uniques daily =[. Am I missing something here?

Yep, I think those days are long gone. I got someone to give me 100 stumbles all apparently from different IP traffic.

Yet the only effect it had was a weird traffic surge one month later of 100 hits in 5 minutes at 1am in the morning.

 

Join some groups on stumble and add url to post on first page of groups. this will help some.

 

i dont know what the secret is, but last week someone stumbled my blog and i got over 6,000 hits over 3 days... then yesterday somebody stumbled another page and it's brought in over 1,000 more since then..

i dont sell anything or have any advertising on my blog, so it's not making me any money, but it is nice to be so popular.

 

Well I joined a group but I can't find the add link button. All I could find is discussion button

 

I haven't tried stumble yet but will now and will right now!

 

I don't know why the rest of you guys aren't getting your decent traffic from StumbleUpon, I'm doing great. If I have a successful post and many people stumble it, the traffic surge lasts the day of and the following day, and I get anywhere from 100-2,000 uniques (2,000 is very rare though).

 

Just get as much Top Stumblers to stumble your site as possible. The more friends you have (max 200?) the more chances you'll get Stumbled.

 

How do you post your link in the stumble groups?

I think it really depends on what is being stumbled. If it is something really interesting, that people will like, you will get loads of traffic. But it is is something spammy, people will turn it down real quick.

 

Be active in joining various group, forums and add many friends on stumbleupon. Better if you can have friends who are interested on the niche of your site.
