hello guys, I have done enough onpage and offpage on my site. but still its not getting much traffic and backlinks. what else i need to do? & i hv very less time to do it. so should i do?

Forget about spamming blogs, directories, forums and social media. Contrary to what just about everyone here says, those links are WORTHLESS for ranking purposes. (Though social media, when done right, CAN bring you traffic - but not the kind of traffic you want in most cases.) I think if you will write a good content and post it to the all popular sites means heavy traffic sites then that will be useful to get more traffic. But the main thing is that your content should be catchy and attractive which will attract more visitors to your site.
There's a possibility that you're not targeting the right keywords, that's why you're not ranking good and not generating that much search engine traffic. Are they competitive or not? Revise your keyword selection first before proceeding to building links.
If you have not too much time to optimize your website then you should create number of webpages and try to target less competitive keywords for these keywords. once your web pages get indexed you will get top ranking at SERPs and you will also able to get good traffic.
