How to get more submisons in directory?

Where can I promote my directory? I need more link submisions and more traffic and some links for bigger PR.

here are some of the tips to promote your directory.

1. first of all, make your directory look clean and unique. This is very important to attract visitors
2. Organise your directory with spam free and clean listings.
3. Submit in directories to get some backlinks. Remember PR4 is good for the start.
4. Submit to directory lists like directorycritic, paiddirectories.info, vilesilencer
4. Go for Press Release of your site.
5. Participate in forums so that others could know better of your site.

Remember, it all takes time before making money and your patience will be tested. Good Luck!!

 

VileSilencer has given me quite a bit of referrals. Same goes to directorycritic.
Another idea is to offer your directory to directory submitters here on DP.

 

I have enoug submision now. Posting on forums is very good way to promote.

 

Free and fast approval directories will normally accept more submissions.

If you mean paid submission, then you have to promote it everywhere, so that to get some customers. usually, directories don't want to have as many as possible free submission since it won't get any revenue.

This directory is just training or test for paid directory. I want to see how it works and things like that.

publicize your site...submit your site to link directories, create articles and submit them to article directories with your link on the resource box...forums and blogs...
