    Hi The best way is to have like buttons added to interactive content using javascript - everytime the site updates the like button reflects this and of course the search engines spider it.

    2. exchange on sites like Facebookpromote.com
    3. Use your existing friends and get them to promote for you
    4. Buy likes on Digital Point or other forum
    5. HAVE A GOOD PRODUCT OR PAGE that is "viral" worthy

    2. Build a widget for your website/s
    3. Use twitter to get more people notice it
    4. Build backlinks, submit to stumbleupon/digg/reddit

    Exchange websites do not work. People there are creating fake accounts just to get a like back. Worth like bots...

    I recommend using Youtube and Twitter to help gain traffic for Facebook fan pages. They seem to click on the links. If you have a big follower base on Twitter, tweet it out or even pay someone to give your fanpage a shoutout.
