    Does the content of the page deserve a bigger audience?
    Are you doing things better than your competitor?
    If you can't say Yes to both of those then don't waste time trying to get more likes until you've improved the page

    Good content is key, also run some facebook ads, engage with people, join fb groups and advertise your page, do not try to hack your way to followers, if you buy ghost followers that will make your engagement rate horrible which will cause you to show up lower in listings
