How to get more Index of Bing

my site is got more 1000 index of Google but for Bing is just 8

I try to increase backlink to my site but bing's index is not improve

how can I do.

Use Bing tool box and submit site maps, often use microsoft related forums to post your links.

 

My blog feed has not been adding in Bing Webmaster tool .If anyone have solution then reply here.

 

According to my experience Bing and yahoo favor this thing directories, Blog commenting and Forum.
if you have a free time you are submit daily directories, and commenting with link.
after some time bing and yahoo index your site pages.
