Take apart JohnChow.com, and especialy Shoemoney.com, and study each little piece on how they did it. Just don't talk about fucking food and what you had for lunch, and show pictures that may interest you but not your visitors, like Chow has done. In addition, get others to critique your blog. You can do all it takes to bring in more hits, but if the site itself isn't that good...
Georgef, you are right. These three are the most important things to get impression. I think we need to write contents on only those subjects which are most searches on Search Engines.
The best way to get more page hits is to built nice content to the site. This will attract users and the same users coming back. Update allot to let users know you care, that means allot to them.
