    You can follow the steps -
    1. Post regular updates & your products/services to Twitter
    2. Respond to people comments
    3. Encourage people to like your posting so you can have better traffic via regular updates

    i use twiends and tweepi..twiends to earn follower and tweepi for flushing the unfollower..i can earn 300 follower a day..if u have many twiends credit i think u can earn more than that..just try to googling twiends code for free credit

    Follow more, post interesting stuff

    that's the simple answer ;)

    I'd suggest using search.twitter.com and search for those with the same interest as you and follow them, they'll likely follow you back when they see you're tweeting about topics they enjoy as well...

    My advice would be to find a famous person that may be related to your group/organisation/service, and then add a good number of their followers. Avoid adding any people with racy photos or other junk
