How to get more clients at project4hire.com?

I am looking for ideas on how to get more clients to join www.project4hire.com and post their web design, graphic design or writing needs.
There are plenty of freelancers on the site but not enough people who post jobs.
What would you do to get people to post jobs?
What would make you join the site to post a job?

I guess this is one of the reasons why I join websites like those and wait ages to be assigned with a job.

It will be hard to convince people who already use Elance or GaF to join another site when those two sites are already well populated with good suppliers and have tried and tested systems. Try marketing to businesses who haven't considered or heard of freelancer sites (you won't find many of those on DP).

Check if you can get ad placement on GaF or similar site. :)

I don't think they will allow me to get an ad placement on their sites as I am a direct competitor :)

Yes, the service is free. It is free to post jobs and there is no obligation to hire anyone.
However, freelancers have to pay 5% of their winning bid as a commission.
