its about the positioning of your ads too.. hang around like in the forum of your niche. Put yourself in their shoes, what makes them to open your link and look what they are looking for and eventually click that specific link (google ads).

 

do you have any stat on the site? It could help.

I wouldln't worry too much about AdSense clicks. You're account will be banned before you ever get paid. You should remove adsense NOW before they catch you. You might want to use it some place else one day.

10% would be very good. Disclosing your CTR is also ground for being banned. You really need to read Google's ToS

 

Yep, stolen content from Craig's list: "It is NOT ok to contact this poster with commercial interests." at the bottom of the ads.

you are not going to make money doing this kind of crap. Do some work or give up.
