    Here are some tips:

    1. Add automation. Search/make a script what has a form, which adds automatically backlink to your site if it detects URL to your site.
    2. Target the people who should use it. Example doctors may not be interested about fast food websites.
    3. Post good backlink deals to webmaster forums..
