how to get money from adsense of site has 4k-6k visitor/perday

i have a "question and answer" site. site's visitor has about 4k to 6k. But ctr is too low. it's about 0.28 . i don't know how to get money from site? Plz help....!

Sorry to say that Q&A site normally have low CTR
what you can do is play around with the ads placement, make it more obvious

you can only optimize your ad placement so far, after there is a limit depending on origin of visitors, ads inventory for your questions topics, and other things..
But 0.28% is very low and I'd be surprised if the ad placement was that optimized at the moment..

You need to place your ads on a good place on your web site, and also try to add a nice color.
