After hours, they send email again to notify. services seem pretty fast. My friend just want refund. but this time service is different from before, two day passed, still get no reply from them. Simple. Look at your post, you have the answer there - send them scanned image of driver's license or a passport to cancel the order. If you're not doing anything illegal, I don't see any problem.
Personally - I'd rather eat $140 than scan my driver's license and send it to ANY merchant especially Template Monster. Had a client purchase one of their templates 5 years ago and last year she got a demand letter from Getty Images because the images in the template weren't properly licensed. TM reached their own settlement and left their customers uninformed and left to defend themselves in court on their own.
