How to get mashable's Drag to share widget?

Before some days, i noticed that mashable site is updated with nice Drag to share widget. Any one knows how to create this one? If yes, please give me.

 

it is powered by meebo, you are required to apply before join them as their publisher.
some ads might come along with the widget as well.

 

Thanks iball. I think that this widget is only for high teams which gets lakhs of traffic per day.

Do you guys know if it causes any issue with a WP blog? I think this widget is way cool and will check out Meebo site note, but if you are hip to any caveats as it relates to WP, then I'd appreciate any insights you might offer.
