there's loads of sites you can get more followers on auto. Theres also companies that charge for their services in getting you quality followers. Like the advice on others here, it's best to do things naturally and focus on quality over quantity.
Sorry but that's some of the worst advice I ever heard. Not only is it a spammy method, but people are not stupid and will catch on. There are so many tools now to tell when someone unfollows you. -Danielle
I'm using TweetAdder, it's an awesome software for Mac and PC. I've gained more than 4,000 followers from it in just a few monhts. It's very easy to use and it's fast. I highly recommend it. - jens
Give a good profile name which usually people search for. for example: blogging tips by jijo, SEO methods by darren etc. Thus when people search for profiles with your blog niche, you will gain a lot of followers. This is a new working trick I think. Hope you will get succeeded in this.
The best way, IMO, to get loyal, responsive and targeted followers is: 1. Reply people working in the same niche as you (you could easily find these people by using the keyword search on Twitter) 2. Retweet interesting stuff. You'll gain plenty of respect from the person you've RT:ed and they will be more likely to RT you. (meaning more exposure) 3. Follow a moderate amount of people everyday and make sure they are people that are responsive, listen to what you have to say (look at the amount of replies and retweets they've made). These people are often more valuable to you than any 5k list of followers who ignore everything you say. So, there it is, my advice is to focus on quality followers, those who reply to you, retweet your tweets and those who will click your links (it'll come natural for those who read your tweets).
OK, I find out from all this posts and research... ...That agin we have here quality vs. quantity! "Follow you follow me" method is good for relative followers who will follow your posts(twitts) with interests. And you have some profit from them. But otherwise this method is so slow, slow,...if we like to get many followers in short time you must use programs mention in posts or pay for followers!
This is just a suggestion; maybe you can provide your link and the people responding to this can follow you.
If you want people to follow you in twitter, you have to be active in it. Post new ideas and thoughts, follow other people and have a good profile and a good picture!
Check out Adhustler's website. He has a few good posts on making some cash using Twitter (which I assume is your end goal... not just to have a bunch of "friends"). Opposed to most of the advice your getting here so far, if your using Twitter as part of your marketing strategy look to automate... plenty of ways to keep your quality high without spending 5 hours a day on twitter following and unfollowing random people.
There are lots of ways to get followers fast but the risk is to get banned. Most of the methods I have found were blackhat. I am using twitter buttons from givingatweet.com and I see that many people follow. This way only follow who is interested into what I offer. Ther's no reason to have xxxx followers if they do not help me evolve.
You follow and i follow , concept will be effective on twitter. do follow your follower to get more followers.
I had recently started a twitter account for my health related website and after my first 2 posts I swarmed with followers in that niche, I in turn followed them back and my followers then actually doubled I now have just under 500 followers in less than one month with very little work at all. Now almost every time I make a good post I get those 500 people visiting my website. Good luck!
One of the best Twitter Marketing Software I recommend is http://tweetadder.biz, feel free to try the demo and you can make a purchase only if the features will satisfy you.
if you are ready to spend a few $$, you might find people offering you this service... another way is that you shud follow a lot of people and they wud follow u back... probablity they follow u back wud be 4 in 10
It is going to be a big job to filter out non quality. How many people are actually spending their time doing this? I can't imagine one person is able to do this for multiple sites unless the are super human. Sometimes avoiding certain people who you think are spammers might be blocking quality people i.e. they might be new to the game and are simply following spammers but later on they might be able to "get with the program" and surprisingly become a quality resource. Its just something to think about!
