How to get many twitter followers at short time?

Well you don't want bots and spammers as followers because that will provide you no value. Thus, you need to get followers naturally. Here are some tips:

Don't start following more than 15-20 people at once. If I see that a person is following me who just joined and started following 100 random people, I will not follow them back.

Don't send auto direct messages or spam DMs.

Don't spam. Don't tweet more than 3-5 tops times in a single hour. Don't post your link in every tweet.

Have interesting things to say. Don't tweet just to tweet.

Interact with other people by Retweeting and replying to their tweets.

Be patient. I generally don't follow people back right away, I wait until I get a feel if they're a genuine tweeter and not a spammer. A lot of times people will stop following me before I even get around to following them back. Their loss.

Tweet other people's blog posts, articles, etc. Especially if they're relevant.

Try to only follow like-minded people in the same niche. You'll get more value out of this.

Put your profile link on your blog/website and whereever else you can.

Participate in Follow Friday and other Twitter "events"


That's all I can think of for right now. I know it might seem like it will take a long time, but do you really just want a higher number of followers or do you want more targeted traffic and contacts? I'm thinking the second.

Follow only people interested in your niche. Unfollow bots. Post useful content from your site and other's sites. Reteet good content.

 

Google it theres alot of good results.

 

Promote your twitter url on your site, be in your niche or related contents, don't spam, don't follow untrusted, offensive or scammer topics.

The simple thing is that if you follow others they will also follow you.
And I do the same thing ! And also got 2k followers in no time.

If you don't have anything interesting to say, only other "bots" or people looking to find more followers will follow you. So this is the most important fact of all. Work on this, the rest wil come naturaly. Interact with other tweeple via the @ reply.

 

There are so many softwares available which allows you to add more and more followers on the twitter. But you should take care that its adding targetted followers

As has been mentioned, there is a difference between number of followers and the number of people actually reading your tweets.

If somebody is following more than 1,000 or so people, you can almost guarantee that they aren't going to see your tweets - they are just mass following to promote their own work. What is the point of having them follow you other than an ego boost?

You want people who are actually interested in your tweets and are going to see them...

Having said that - if anybody wants to follow the tweets for my blog, check us out at @FutureCon If you're a genuine user and not a 'power' user, I'll most likely follow you back.

 

Basically it's not size that matters when it comes to twitter.

It's all about how targeted are your followers.

The fastest method I know is the "I follow you, you follow me back principle".

So you follow people, and if they are interested in what you have to offer, they will follow you back.

On average 30% to 50% will follow you back.

That means if you follow 500 a day you would get about 200 followers a day.

There are a gazillion tools and programs to add followers. Just google it.

What I find to be the problem with twitter these days is getting quality advice not advice.

There are 1000s of GURUS. I say with pride that I read it all and they all say the same crap. They say general stuff and don't present step by step guides.

Don't trust the gurus. Be your own guru.

 

If you have a high traffic blog or site, then ask people to follow you, and provide a link to your twitter profile. A little bribe wouldn't hurt either!

In order to get targeted followers one of the best ways is to follow followers of someone whose twitter profile is related in subject to your twitter profile. I do this on every 72 hours in order not to get suspended by twitter. This way I get at least 150 new followers every 3 days.
