24 hours might be hard to do but less than a week is doable but i would just build backlinks to your site then the googlebot will crawl your site and you'll be indexed.

Get your site listed on a site that is constantly being crawled, even if it is a "nofollow" link to your site.

You can ping your site, submit it to social bookmarking sites, include it in forum signatures or comment on famous blogs. Any of these methods will get your site indexed quickly but I am not sure if it will be indexed within 24 hours.

The websites which have feeds and pinging services and also are updated regularly can get indexed very fast.

the best way is submitting your site to digg, reddit, dp signature, hubpages, suqidoo, etc., but sometimes these won't work.....

the latest working method is uploading a video with your link in des. else answering in YA.

well said :) But maybe OP should at least start by submitting your site to Google. After that a DP signature link should be enough and you can continue to focus in your content building. To be safe go to Google Blog and search for similar sites with your topic and give some good comments. Better still if its a dofollow blog.

A very strong backlink can help.
You should also submit a sitemap in GWT.

You need a link from a high PR web page. It's not the PR that's so important but how often the page is spidered (High PR tends to mean spridered frequently) but from my experience most PR4+ sites get spidered at least once a day. The spider will follow your link and indexing will follow straight away.

My method is create a new wordpress blog, on .com or your own hosting, and place batch of links to your new site.

    or..

post a new post in your well indexed wordpress blog, include batch of links of your new site.

Create a Squidoo lens with a list of your links, and then ping the lens.

You can submit your site to google. But usually it takes a week for google to index a new site.
