This is entirely up to google. If you have sufficient number of visitors then google may decide to give you those site links. Theres nothing you can do to force google to do them for your site.
They are called sitelinks. Get your site set up in Google Webmaster Tools and there is a section there that deals with sitelinks. As tonyran mentioned Google decides whether or not you get these links however, through webmaster tools you can decide which links you don't want displayed.
Not for sure but you should have google sitemaps submitted in google webmaster tools to get sitelinks like that.
