Try some do-follow social bookmarking websites, such as squidoo.com and bibsonomy.org, for example. My Google Webmaster Tools is showing links from such sites to my inner pages. And you get to choose the anchor text.
Careful link building by contacting different webmasters of similar sites. Start of with sites that are at your level on average, I wont mention page rank cause you cant trust google toolbar, but use common sense. Slowly move up with the time and start to contact webmasters of bigger sites. Propose them link exchange or one-way links if they are good people. The email you send should be well written, polite and stylish, with fluent english (not like mine lol), this will double your chances to get an answer. Good luck building .
You can put links of inner page as signature on different forums or comment on other blogs using your inner page links.
