What would you recommend as the best way to get targeted email leads? No, I'm not just trying to get you to go to the sites! I really want advice!
Add a email form to your website, then drop money into reviews, also tap other people that could get something out by offering your product or telling people about your site for you to turn into leads or whatnot.
