How to get KW in Rank again after panalized

I was working on go4hotels [.] com . Many keywords were in rank of this site. But 3 months before the site has been penalized and all keywords gone out of 1000. How can I get the keywords again in ranks.. Please suggest me...

There are some update made buy the google i think your website is affected buy this update.Please work through this update and i think your keywords will be back.

It will take lot of time to come back in Google.But keep trying and do off page activities in high page rank.

 

Check what you are doing wrong that is violating the guidelines of Google. Here is the URl from where to check.

You might also want to contact Google if you have been hit be a Google Update. Go to the Google Web Master Central and submit a reconsideration request.

Were you notified of a penalty in Google Webmaster Tools? If not, then it wasn't a penalty, but instead an algorithmic demotion. Knowing which type makes a difference. If you did not get a notification, do you know on which date your rank/traffic dropped? This will tell us which update it was.

Anyway, your backlinks seems to be paid, directories, articles - well, I'll just summarise it as "low quality". Remove as many as you can and disavow the rest.

As for on-site, what were you expecting when your content is duplicate? You need unique, original content otherwise you will be ranked lower.

Already submitted at webmaster tool and its showing 2 warning at sitemap.. Fixed both prob...But still its in sandbox..becoz I am not getting any kw in 1000. Could you please send me the URL, where I can get an contact form to send a request to Google webmaster for reconsider?

That [a reconsideration request] won't work for an algorithmic demotion, you need to wait for the next update. Read my earlier post.

 

I checked your website, having good On Page Optimization. Your website also have good linking domain...I think you should try to get high quality backlinks from Guest Blogging and wait for next Google Update. You must try to make your website search engine friendly so that the bounce rate will decrease. Involve yourself in Social Networking Platform as Facebook, Google Plus, Twitter, Reditt etc.
