HOw to get know if domain is dropped or new

    I have seen blogs which I usually do is to get its whois files. Am I able getting info on whois of the domain if it is dropped or its a new registered domain? is there any tool/checker if domain is dropped?

    Try the domaintools whois look up.
    No registration necessary.
    They have some details towards the bottom of the page such as
    *how many owners
    *how many previous registrants
    *how many server changes

    etc
