Ranking is more important but social bookmarking, directory submission,article submission, classifieds are not enough to get quick ranking you must have to do some on page optimisation and use unique contents in articles submission, you should do Guest blogging which are beneficial for you to get backlinks or get ranking. share your links of articles or bookmarking in via social Media such as Facebook, twitter,linked in etc.use different titles and description in the Social book marking etc. I hope by these ways you will get better ranking.
