How to get keywords from OK to GREAT?

    Right now I have a campaign with approximately 5-6 keywords that are all just OK. Non are GREAT, and I cant really get definitive advice from google. My minimum bids on the keywords are in the 4-5 cent range, but I know for a fact that I am overpaying for clicks because I don't have Quality Scores of GREAT.

    1) Phrase/Exact match keywords only to ensure high CTR%
    2) Position Preferencing (1-3)
    3) Download a sitemap and ftp it to your domain
    4) Contact/privacy policy/about/articles pages

    Those should help.

    To get your QS from OK to great you only need to do one thing and one thing only


    Increase CTR...

    Thats it, just keep writing text ads till CTR is increased and eventually your QS will go to OK to GREAT!

    agreed. most campaigns run at ok unless you have a really good CTR compared to the other ads.
