How to get into Blue sponsored box?

    Using Adwords how do you get listed under the Blue Sponsored box directly under search box rather than under the sponsored links to the right? Is it random, just the top 2, or what?

    Google has to believe your site is ultra relevent to the search. This is done by getting a high CTR for your ad.

    Thank you. I was wondering because the other day i just so happened to spot one of mine there and I never actually did anything to get it there.

    I remember something about that they also perform a special editorial review of your ad for some extra guidelines.
