    Hello,
I am a newbie in search engines. I do not know why my site never get indexed by google. I tried to use addme and other search engines to submit my site, but it is still not indexed.
I am planning to use gsitecrawler but do not know how to do it.
Can any one please show me?
How to get indexed for a search term "asian dating" on goolge?
    Thanks,
    Jenny.

Do you have any links to your site?

Try submitting your sites to an x amount of directories to build up some links.

Get your post count up by helping other members out and put a link in your signature, this will definately get your site crawled and indexed by Google.

Definitely agree with Edz, get a few links and you'll get indexed. The actual seach term doesn't have any effect on your getting indexed.

Jenny, is this your single123 website you're asking about? If so, it is indeed in Google's index.

Yes, cycelicious. That's mine. On my meta tag keywords I have something like asian dating, asian personals... but when I type these keywords on google to search, I never find my website.
When I type a non-english keyword, they my site get indexed on the top 20.

My question is, how to get on the top 20 or even 40 for keywords such as " asian dating, etc..." on google?

    Thanks.

if your keywords are competitive, you need to do alot of work...ie, huge number of links.

Getting to the top in google search results takes time and effort. Links back from similar sites helps -- though that might be hard to make happen in your field.

Setting up an AdWords campaign might be pricey for your keywords. However, if you target a single country instead of the world, you may find that your AdWords will show up when people in that country do searches. That works if your niche can also be broken down geographically.

I recently did that with some terms where the minimum bid was $10 for world exposure. I went for just Canada and pay 10 cents a click.

you're probably reffering to the sandbox. just do what others have suggested. build links, work on it, add new content. you might want to submit your site to Google Sitemaps too.

Point some weight or vaultage on your website, thats the fastest way to get links for your website. I point a little weight towards my new website, add links on around 10 of my websites which have a PR of 4 and above, create a HTML sitemap and submit it to google. I also run a crawler program which gives hits to my website once. And my new website is indexed in google in less than 48 hours.

Jenny's site is a PR3 and has been around for two years. It's a dating site so highly competetive and hard to rank highly for the keywords she's wanting.

Thanks. I'll try on google sitemap.
I have a question on links back. What does that really mean? I used a free script to create a dating directory and exchanged links with other websites. Is that right?
For google sitemap, do I have to download any software?
    Big thanks.
    Jenny.

For the google sitemap you have to write your own script or try finding one on hotscripts.com. Google shows you what the format of the xml file is. You could try typing it out by hand as well.

But, I am going to run a free script to see what happens.

    4. <accesslog path="/etc/httpd/logs/access.log" encoding="UTF-8" />
    <accesslog path="/etc/httpd/logs/access.log.0" encoding="UTF-8" />
