How to get indexed in google's country pages

is there any way to get indexed in country pages in google
I mean like pages from India.
My site is not indexed in pages from India

What shall I do

The following are things you can do to help rank better in geographical results; remember, you don't "have" to do them all to rank well, they'll just help you along the way.

1. Use the native language of that geo-graphical region.
2. Use the cc-TLD for that geo-graphical region.
3. Host the actual web files in that geo-graphical region.
4. If not using a cc-TLD then use the geo-targeting option in Google Webmasters Central
5. Build backlinks from websites in that geographical region.

u can submit your sitemap in google.com/webmasters/tools.

it will index your page.

Have the whois address of the domain be a valid address of the country / geo location you are targeting.
