    generally wordpress automatically do this... but sitemap don't make the new site to get index faster upto my experience...

    You can get indexed fast by submitting to some of the high PR social bookmarkign sites like Digg and Reddit, and ofcourse running an Adwords campaign can also get you indexed quickly

    To get cached and indexed fast you should write the unique content fr the website.. if the content is unique then only you are gonig to be cached fast....
