    I really don't know what premium is all about in a blog and secondly, your blog does not have very high ranking. If you really want to put in there adsense, please do write content on regular basis.

    You can buy some expired domain names wich already have good amount of backlinks and forward them to your new website. this will help to index fast.

    you can try to submit to google webmaster and also google analytics. you should also submit link to article directories and social bookmarking.

    Use aged domain, send sitemap to Google webmaster, Yahoo and Bing, ping and bookmark... A template can help index your post too... One of my blogs have more 2700 indexed page with 12 backlinks... :)
