    Hi Guys,

    Need your help / advice..

I two blogspot blogs.. both of them have one post only.. i submitted them to quite a few search engines and website directories a week ago.. but Google is just not indexing them.. in my webmasters account it shows that the blog is crawled on a daily basis with 200 success message but somehow Google isnt just indexing the blog.. I have quite a few blogs and all of them are indexed by Google in 2-3 days.. but these single post blogs arent..

Is the problem that the blog only contains one post..? or will Google index them eventually.. any help in dis regard will be much appreciated..

Should i get a backlink from good PR site.. Actually for one of these blogs i had already used xrumer.. but no success so far...

    Regards,

I have seen blogs sitting on the first page of Google without any content. :) Try this free submitter. It will submit your website to more than 400 places and Google will recognize it quickly.

First : One post never work, post lots of article, atleast 2-10 per day, second : Do not post same article on two different blogs.... it would never help you to make money from adsense...

Someone mentioned adding your website to Feedburner - that's great piece of advice, besides it is commonly known that pinging is also good.

Google is not really fond of 1 page sites. You need to build back links to the sites instead of trying to submit URLs or sitemap.xmls to search engines. This will ONLY get them to crawl your site... when THEY feel like it. It does NOT guarantee they will index it.

Sitemap.xml and URL submissions are a waste of time (unless you have crawlability issues with your site or have hundreds of thousands or millions of URLs in which case having a sitemap.xml can help).

You're better off spending your time building links. Google and the other engines have been discovering sites via inbound links for a decade and a half.

PS: WTH don't you have links to the sites in your signature here? These links get followed... and these pages get indexed almost instantly. So linking from your sig here has a MUCH higher chance of getting your site indexed than submitting to free directories (95+% of which NEVER approve free requests) and social bookmarking.

    Hey Mohammed,

If you have had some forum profiles already made up to your blogspot site then you need to get them indexed as well as your blogspot sites.

    Easy way:
Sign up to icerocket and just insert your keywords and your "profiles" and sites. - You can insert them all using imacro ( another story ).
Icerocket converts the sites and profiles to feeds and then you take them all and pingler everything.

I dont think you even have to ping them after you have used icerocket ( its free by the way )
    goto rss.icerocket.com
create a channel and add all your profile urls to it then ping and bookmark your ice.rocket feed and send it out to rss sites using rss submit which is here in the download section

I have about 50k profiles and 45k of them are indexed e via this method

You need more than 1 blog post, make some more and make sure to include some nice, decent keywords in your blog posts too. :)
