Go to any of the online sitemap.xml generators. Create a sitemap.xml. Then submit it to Google Webmaster Tools and to Yahoo Site Explorer. If you don't have those accounts, they are free. Just Google the terms, then go and register. Then create a sitemap.xml, upload it to your website, and submit it to the two accounts named above. That will make both Google and Yahoo aware of all your pages. Eventually, they will be indexed.

Edit: On my small website (140 pages), I also post a link to each new page on my home page until the new page is indexed.

    1) Link them smart
    2) Generate a sitemap and submit it to search engines

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the replies,

I have noticed that many pages of my 1 year old website come in and out of the Google's index.

How to make their position consistent in Google.

    Regards

You must have a sitemap linking all pages of your website...you can also open a Google webmaster account and create a Google sitemap...this can aid you...
